The Vader Project

The Vader Project is presented by Master Replicas Inc. and DKE Toys. An exhibit featuring the Darth Vader helmet, it was curated in 2007 by Dov Kelemer and Sarah Jo Marks of DKE Toys. Kelemer gathered 75 of the greatest underground and pop surrealist painters. Each artist was given a 1:1 scale prop replica of the actual Darth Vader helmet used in the Star Wars films. Each helmet served as a blank canvas for each artist to paint and design. The Vader Project was the most original component of "Star Wars: Celebration IV," the fourth fan fest of all things Star Wars. The exhibit weekend extravaganza, was held at Los Angeles' Convention Center in 2007. It is still an ongoing project today as it has just conquered Japan, picking up 13 more super-creative artists and designers before continuing its journey around the globe.

Nike and DJ Just Blaze had held an open casting call for Team USA Anthem in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics.
Over 800 MCs entered. 16 finalists had made it, but only 4 lucky competitors will win a chance to appear on the

Method Man of Wu-Tang Clan, has five platinum albums, a Grammy, appearances in major motion pictures and television under his belt. Now Meth has done a collaboration with renowned comic book artist Sanford Greene, and acclaimed comic book/screenplay writer David Atchison to have a comic of his own. Method Man, Sanford Greene and David Atchison will be at the San Diego Comic-Con in July 25, 2008.

The world's tallest skyscraper located in Taipei, Taiwan. The Taipei 101, it stands tall at 509.2 m (1,670.60 ft), with 101 floors. It was constructed in 1999 and completed by 2004. It's reign lasted for 4 years as it has been brought down by Burj Dubai located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Burj Dubai was constructed in 2004 and is still going under construction today. In May 12, 2008, Burj Dubai had reached a height of 636 m (2,087 ft), with 160 completed floors. Thus making it the world's tallest skyscraper. It's estimated to be complete by 2009 and will be standing tall at 818 m (2,684 ft).
